Scope: BATHROOM remodel | floor plan reconfiguration | finish and fixture selection

COMPLETION: spring 2026

objective: modernize this family bathroom to reflect the owner’s eclectic style and love of vintage. we scrapped the bathtub in favor of a walk-in shower with a hidden niche to keep toiletries out of view. a bump out behind the custom floating vanity makes room for a long ledge to display a growing collection of art and plants.
